Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this recent document disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing various areas of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Further materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
